*****Do not waste your money**** – Frame.io Review

Hello, and welcome to my TED Talk ? I rated this app 5 stars so more people will see this review. When I first heard about this service I was thrilled. I was beyond grateful to find an application that would help save me time, get organized, and enable client’s to give feedback all in one place. Sadly after my first payment towards the “Pro Subscription” ($19/month), my profile was reset & I was sent back to a “trial” period. Therefore, I lost 10 projects worth of work - many of which already had feedback &/or requests for revision by cliental. Reached out to customer support multiple times & didn’t get anywhere. Offered to send a proof of payment & they added 3 extra days to my “trial” as if I wanted to continue with the subscription. Not one person addressed my request for a refund. An amazing alternative for $1 more per month? Vimeo Pro: $20/mo ($240/year) 3 team members included vs frame.io at $19 per person Add your logo vs frame.io which offers custom branding at $49/mo Custom end screens 1TB of storage per year / 20GB’s per week vs frame.io which offers 250GB’s of active storage / 750GB’s of archival storage per year. Save yourself from a major headache. Don’t waste your money or time — especially if you’re working with deadlines. & that’s the tea, sis ?☕️ Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
