I’m editing in my home suite… my producer is on the go and she’s the one using the phone app. I’ve asked her to allow me to start using Frame.io in the past… The documentary project has gotten huge and we had been spending way too much time exporting .mov files to hard disc and then uploading to a service… forcing me to close FCPX and log on to the online service, etc. You know the drill. Finally, she said yes. Downloaded the app. I’ve uploaded some edited timelines right out of FCPX and she’s been able to view and comment… Then, while I was at lunch, she was viewing and I received the comments on my phone app. We were able to converse easily… I watched what she was referring to. I returned to editing and made the changes before the end of the day. No snags, saving us literally hours in just the first day of use.

This service is great an I've been using it for a few years now. Excited to have an app with offline features but would love to see iPad support and a horizontal format.

To be short, it's the google doc for videos. My production team is very spread out so we rely a lot on Frame io to give the editors feedback. It's such an efficient and perfect way to collaborate on videos. The mobile version makes it better. Sometimes you may be outside or you need a separate screen to see the comments, this app does the job. Hope it will soon has an iPad version?

I use this app on a daily basis as a video producer. It makes sharing your videos and getting immediate feedback incredibly easy. Better yet, you can do a surprisingly large amount with the free version. I've tried a few of the competitors and this is far and above the best out there! Keep up the good work!

We switched our whole team to Frame.io, having been abandoned by Wipster. Frame.io is cheaper with near double the features. An absolute no brainer. And this app? Already couldn't live without it.
