The app has some issues. Since the last update, the app crashes when I get sent a link and try to open it.

Ditto to the other phrase this app is getting. I give it 3.75, rounded up to 4 stars because the download play speed is often slow and the login process is REALLY bad. You always have to log back into the app, every time and they seem to want backstage access to your google account which is really annoying. Seriously Frame, FIX your login system!! It’s really annoying when you send someone a video to watch and they tell you they had to stop watching it because it kept stopping to download. Or you go to show someone on your phone and it takes 5 minutes to download the video to play. While with the same connection you can get a YouTube video almost instantly. I wrote this review with the hope that the dev fix these issues because I plan on continuing to use this app. Thanks

Needs iPad App!!

I love this app and the platform. The beat and easiest way for me to collaborate with members of my studio. The only thing it NEEDS is a iPad app so I don’t need to use my MacBook. I would get it 10 stars if I could and if it has a iPad app

I’ll try to keep this short, I’m really impressed what can be done with the software from a regular browser however this app so far has been a total dud. I was warned about the login issue in her review but I was going to download this app and the matter what the reviews said since I have an account now with frame.io. It’s almost impossible for me to login to my account through the app. This is such a fundamental part of any application and I’m really surprised that they haven’t figure this thing out. I am probably going to delete the app and hopefully then will be able to access my account through my phone browser. Currently, when I try to login via my phone browser it automatically jumps me into the app which isn’t allowing me to login. I’m sure it’s all unicorns and high-fives once you’re in the app but I need to see it to believe it. I look forward to you guys fixing this bug so I can actually download this app and use it on my phone. Until you do I’m just gonna stick with the regular browser version. Thanks!

Constantly getting logged out

In my job I have to review and comment on 10-15 videos per day in frame.io. So you can see my frustration with that fact that I constantly get logged out of this app. Face ID worked once and I don’t even get peoples anymore. Every time I open the app after having not used it even for an hour or two, it takes me directly to the email screen where I have to go through the login process again. As a result I rarely use the app. Logging in takes forever manually so often. No app I own requires that much logging in. It would also be nice if when I clicked links in slack it took me to the app. It’s just not ready to be used regularly yet in the professional world.
