Can’t update profile

I use this application frequently, but my first profile was hacked and lost. The new profile I cannot update my information, leave tips or make any substantial changes except to check in.

Back in it’s hey day this app was great! Now it’s boring/lame. Swarm hasn’t released any cool updates for quite some time. They’ll release a bug fixes every so often (once every month or two months) rather the fix helps is another story. No dark mode but they say the updates include dark mode. Or if you need help from the developers good luck. Sad thing is I used to get giddy when they released updates they included cool new content, stickers, rewards, coin contest etc., and the coins you could actually do something with. It’s to the point where I don’t even bother checking in most of the time because this APP is a lack luster now. Until the meantime I’ll continue to watch their stars ⭐️ go DOWN!

The apps accuracy has been terrible lately the location I’m at doesn’t show up until I search it and then shows the correct proximity
Can’t make the sound of the coins stop!!!!

I’ve turned off my sound to the app, and it worked for a while, but it came back! So now I’ve tried everything & that sound is SO ANNOYING, especially when you’re in a restaurant!!!! I’m about ready to delete the app.
Location is a bit off

The location services don’t seem to be working properly anymore. Now they never locate the places I’m at accurately; they’re not even on the top 10, whereas they’ve shown those places repeatedly and correctly when I wanted to check in before. Not sure what went wrong there

I have to search for locations that are < 1 mile away. The app doesn’t refresh and show closest locations when trying to check in.

I have to manually search for the POI every time now due to inaccurate list. This didn’t use to happen. Please fix.

I’m not sure what happened in the latest update but now I could be 150ft from the place that I want to check in and now it doesn't even show up in the list of options. I have to search for it. Please fix this.
