Dark mode?

The update notes specifically mentioned dark mode, but it doesn’t seem to work at all. What’s happening?
The best app over a long, long time as far as these things go.

One of my favorite apps to use regularly. I’ve been using it since 2010 (just Foursquare back then). The motivation then was to get deals companies would have for “mayors,” etc., and to be “mayor” of places for the fun of it. Since then, I haven’t seen any deals for years. I basically keep using it to have a “journal” of where I go. I cannot say how many times this has come in handy, to be able to search history and see where I was on a certain day in the past 9 ½+ years, which is a huge chunk (25%) of my lifetime, at present. The mayorships are still fun. I love looking back on the daily history scroll, even though sometimes it involves sad memories. Overall I really enjoy using Swarm and am glad it exists!

5/5 - This app is great for going back and seeing exactly where you’ve been in the world. Been using it for years and love it. Reduces the noise of all the other BS social media apps. 3/5 - the app doesn’t seem to get many updates. There are some QoL issues that I’d like to see addressed before giving more stars. Top issues: - traveling internationally / offline you can check in for later. Awesome feature but it doesn’t tag the map history of the people you’re traveling with. Sounds silly but it’s really annoying having 3 people recreating the same posts 10 times. - Would like to be able to down vote tips. There are a lot of opinions and some people’s statements are fairly out of the norm. Would be move to filter them down/out. Nice to have but not related to score. - a compact view would be great. - dark mode in the app
