Used to love this app, but it’s changed

I’ve been a long time user of Foursquare and then Swarm. I use it for a number of personal reasons. Lately though it’s point system is all messed up. As the week goes on, I keep LOSING points. I’ve tried to contact Foursquare, but NO response. Very disappointing. Can no longer recommend this app.

hey swarm I'm so in love with this application but there's a huge problem there's no privacy in this app when I talk to anyone they can see my location or the name of the street that I live in even when i'm turn off my location from the settings!! omg this problem bother a lot of people who using swarm please you should figure out something to stop this problem I can't feel safe when everyone knows what the name of my Neighborhood , you guys should do a new update which allow us to use the app they we want ! people should see my locatin when i only allow them to see it !! not should be public to any one anymore

Recent problems with leaderboard

For the past week, Swarm has been deleting all my coins from the leaderboard. At first every other day, then more frequently and now it wipes out my score several times a day. I contacted the developer for support (a very difficult process in itself) and the problem was reported as verified then fixed. But it isn’t fixed! I have having to write a bad review for an app that I use every day, but I don’t see any other way to get the issue resolved.

Points not adding up

For the past week and some change, my points are not adding up correctly. Last week, I was low on the leaderboard when I clear checked in just about everywhere. Please fix this issue!

Going on 3rd week with no fix regarding 1000s of lost coins from leaderboard and total accum. App keeps re-starting week several times day and I go from 1st to last place. As a Superuser, it's discouraging that developers are not responding. Why are none of my friend's swarm app affected? Just me. Notified 4sq support 10 days ago and got canned response.

I tried to reach out to 4sq support to get my coin situation fixed. I got an automatic canned response. I responded that that is not the issue, but they never got back to me. My coins just disappear. This is 3 weeks in a row. Really annoying. At least respond to an email.

I’ve never had a problem with the app until the last week or so and now it won’t actually keep up with my points. It resets them randomly for no apparent reason...very annoying. I’ve now sent 3 emails within the app about this issue in the last few weeks and nothing has been done. I’m thisclose to deleting the app from my device

I’ve been using swarm for a very long time, i love everything about the application its just that It needs some major improvements in the ‘Direct Messages’ it should be separated from the notifications, it will be much easier to scroll through your messages without all the “likes & add’s” notifications. I also recommend if they separated the “following from the followers “ just like all other apps. Genuinely, i love using the app and just those little details keeps bothering me ! Thank you, Keep Swarming ❤️

I have a problem in my account

I have a problem in my account when I unfriend some of my friends I still can see their check in even if I block them and also I cannot see some of my friends check in I don’t know what’s the problem I try to logout and to delete the app to see if maybe the problem will be fixed but unfortunately still the same And if someone wrote for me a comment on my check in it doesn’t appear to me I have to go back to my check and to see if someone Wrote for me or not
