Keeps freezing!

I love this app, except for the fact that it keeps freezing the video. It freezes on both my iPhone and on my iPad. It freezes after minutes of viewing and it super annoying because I need to hard close the app and relaunch it. Please fix this! Thanks.
No longer connect

It used to connect to my camera but can’t connect anymore saying incorrect login credentials. I can still connect through rtsp which indicates the username and passwords are correct.
Easy setup

I am most pleased with the ease of setup and visual clarity on my iPad. The Foscam app is painfully slow and unreliable. So far, this app is 100% better IMHO. I have yet to test the remote capability but so far this app has delivered exactly what I wanted.

I received this as a gift for my baby shower. I didn’t register for it but it is by far my favorite gift :)

We set it up and pay a monthly fee. Sometimes you can turn on motion detection and it works. Often it asks us to sign up again, then says we are already signed up, but won’t turn on motion detection. Admins are slow to reply. It’s just not ready for prime time.
App Crashes on iPad Pro 10.5

When I try to add my cameras automatically they show as found for a split second and the app crashes on my iPad Pro 10.5. App works fine on my other iOS devices. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but it makes no difference. I assume I’m not the only one since I’ve tried starting the iPad as new and same issue. When working, I like the multi camera view that the official Foscam app does not do.

Even though I'm able to connect to my camera with other software, this app insists that my password is wrong.
The app is useless.

I can't stand this app. Seriously. It's horrible software. My cam can almost never get added through the app. I have to go through dozens of attempts until it finally registers. Guess how annoying it is to hear "wireless connection succeeded" from the camera, only to repeatedly be denied to add the camera to the app - the connection never goes through. ? And getting added is just the first step - it allows you to use your camera. If you can't get it added, you can't even use it! And when it does connect, the notifications for motion detection fail to update after a week. Which forces me to delete the camera from the app, and go through hours of trying to readd my camera back onto the app. And the setup process uses a super annoying QR scanning process where you scan a QR code on the bottom of the camera with your phone's camera, put in your network's info, and a QR is generated on your phone screen which you then show on front of the Foscam camera. It's so dumb and tedious. Hours wasted. This app - I can't stand this app.

I guess the deer stalker hat and the magnifying glass just didn’t work. But the little thing of motion detection (paid subscription) needs a deer hunter and a microscope. In a nutshell it doesn’t work. You’d think 3 months would be sufficient for all the time off you took. And you can’t figure out how to add more than one camera to the subscription? June is upon us and I’m not sure what big advances you were planning for the year (your words) but the final result thus far is, to use your own words : ZERP! Boink BINK!
