Incompetent and customer hating organization. I called customer service on January 25 to complain that I couldn’t open the February issue. The customer service rep explained that of course not, it wasn’t February yet. What incompetence. What does it say about a business magazine that is so bad at it’s own business? I’ve also sent several emails to no avail. If I could rate this a zero, I would.

Can’t download the February issue. Spoke to customer service numerous times. Deleted the app and re-downloaded and still no success.
Can’t access issues when offline

Since I upgraded to their new app, I can’t access any issues unless I’m connected to WiFi. Frustrating.
New app does not work ...

I can no longer access Fortune Magazine subscription. Another in a long series of issues with their IOS app. Thinking Forbes might be a more reliable option.
Another Failed App Update

This is at least the third time this has happened. App updates and I don’t have access. I have a digital subscription only. Error says my user does not exist. Same user I have used for years.
Can’t log in

Tried logging in with account number and email address and neither works. Kind of makes the app pretty worthless.

Do not get this app. It never works and constantly causes frustration and problems. It’s too bad that a decent magazine makes its paying readers use such a worthless product to access their content.
Can’t log in with new app update

Zinio update has completely messed up my login. Tried to log in per their instructions, but they have an email for me that I’ve never used. When I called the magazine itself, they have my correct email. Now how can I log in using an email that doesn’t exist and a password that’s not linked to it?
Can’t login with my Apple store subscription....

So now I can’t use the magazine and here I am at the airport hoping to have something to read...
