Zero rating – FORTUNE Magazine Review

Incompetent and customer hating organization. I called customer service on January 25 to complain that I couldn’t open the February issue. The customer service rep explained that of course not, it wasn’t February yet. What incompetence. What does it say about a business magazine that is so bad at it’s own business? I’ve also sent several emails to no avail. If I could rate this a zero, I would.
