Despite following your instructions to enter email or account number (I tried both!), it says it has no record of me...even though your customer service page can find me and ask me to renew my subscription. And having the same problem with my People subscription. What a customer service disaster - bring back the old app. Help!!

Update ——- Another update and locked out once again. The US postal service could do a better job of putting together an app for this magazine. Can’t login. I’m just a digital subscriber so I don’t have an account number. Enter my email address and it says user does not exist. Can someone in upper management read these comments so someone else could get fired — this shouldn’t be that difficult. Previous comments ——- Avoid the disappointment of multiple issues with this app. Have a yearlong subscription and cannot download the newest month. Re login and restore purchases - none of it works. Trying to find a number for customer service —- good luck. The issues with this app continue to amaze me.

Your recent update has left me with NO Digital magazine issue. I have done EXACTLY as you’ve instructed, over the past 3 days. Please. You need to take Responsibility & FIX IT.

Like many others. I have print and digital but when I try to log in with email it says “we are experiencing problems, try later”. I have tried over a few days and same issue.

How does a publisher put out an app which such poor system. All the advertisements download but none of the content!

I’ve been a loyal reader of fortune for 20 years, however their app is terrible. Every month I run into issues downloading the current issue and have to communicate with their customer service multiple times. It baffles my mind that they can’t figure out in a digital world how to create even a mediocre customer experience. It’s beyond frustrating.

Been a subscriber for a long time. This app is terrible...even the updated versions. Don’t waste your time with it. You would expect better from Fortune Magazine.
