Subscription renewal

Long time subscriber- somehow subscription lapsed. Thought I renewed 11/20. Even though cc renewal finally went thru and just recd Feb issue still unable to access my digital copy. Looking through comments may be a common theme. Many attempts with help desk.


iTunes trial sign up doesn’t work

Signed up for trail through iTunes. Unable to access content and app doesn’t recognize my user id or ability to restore from iTunes. Also asking from a print version 10 digit account, I don’t have a print version with a label. VERY FRUSTRATING

Great articles. Emails are pointless because there’s no app a subscriber can go to and utilize those articles. I click an email link and get errors, or have to log in to their website in order to read an article. Going to put my sub on pause until management steps up to 2022 tech. My iPhone 12 has had nothing but problems with this app. Needs major updates. Once again. Material and articles are great, this is a review on technology.


Never got April issue

I have an iTunes subscription. Never could view the April issue. Sent a message to Fortune and they said I had to submit a complaint to iTunes. Of course iTunes never replied and I’m not even sure they got my request. Now the May issue is out and I can view it, but still it wants me to buy the April issue to view that one (I am not a new subscriber).


Why are you not fixing the app?

There are clearly multiple complaints about the the functionality of the app. Issues that people have subscribed and paid money for are not available in the app. The restore option does not work!

I love the Fortune magazine. I have been subscribed for most of the last 20 years and then it with me to assignments around the world. I just cannot understand that a company that lives by telling us the trends of the modern world, just do not seem to get digital. I decided to come back to the magazine with some of their recent communications on the new platform. I subscribed from my phone and that application seems to work great. Next, I came to my iPad Pro and the horror story started. The iPhone app does not properly resize for the iPad. I had not seen that experience since the very beginnings of the iPad. Then I found this app. It just does not recognize my user id and password (the very same that works on the iPhone app). Sincerely, I do not get why you cannot have one single app with an adaptable interface...

It’s been impossible to download the last issue even though I’ve been a subscriber for more than 5 years now.


Used to be good. App not functional anymore

This app maker has not been able to correct the code bugs since the latest iOS update. Thus this app is useless. If you pay for this app, be prepared to view all content on your desktop, not your phone or ipad. We wrote to customer service, they are aware of the app problem, but haven’t been able to fix it. Look elsewhere.

I was trying to find the investment guide in the app and to my surprise you cannot read it in the app. It is only accessible through a browser, kind of missing the point of having an app , although the newest version is better than the last revamp.
