When it finally focuses, it goes blurry again when the banner ad at the bottom of the screen changes. I telephoned and they say they’re working on it. Been around a month now. Looks like the poor old Star Smellagram’s days are numbered.

New App update is lousy. Cannot download the paper to read offline. I feel like the App was changed just to force readers to see more advertisements. Online the new version is unreliable and just closes unexpectedly. Need to fix this soon or I will drop subscription

Please bring back the old version where the eedition looked like the newspaper. I never know if I have read the whole paper, it’s very disjointed, articles are repeated for days, and there seems to be less content. If this doesn’t change, I will cancel my subscription.

This ap is difficult. I can only get a strip of the paper which is not readable. Just when you think the paper can’t get any worse it does. So sad. Few good reporters and photographers as so many have been let go.

My compliments to the Star Telegram staff for striving to make the e-edition user friendly. You have removed the bottlenecks to smooth reading in the new version. I am particularly happy to see the news without the “pushy” in your face advertising. The pop ups were a nuisance while digesting news. After 50 years as a subscriber, thanks for again making the ST the finest source for all the news. Kurt Tauzel

The new and improved r-Edition is a nightmare. Worst ever. The Dallas Morning News & WSJ are still great. Someone should be fired over this mess!!

Now you have to download the “paper” to read it without frustrating ads at the bottom. Have to read it from a webpage, that you have to download again if you do not read it in 1 setting. Garbage! Worst app and seriously considering just cancelling it.

Doesn’t load all the sections

I used to be able to read the paper on my iPad but it won’t load any more. When I go through ALL the steps to re sign up, it’s still impossible to enlarge the pages and move from one column to the next. Star Telegram needs to hire a tech engineer or software developer to resolve this.
