Garbage, used to be sufficient, surprised Apple hasn’t wiped it out of the App Store

Last update was 2 years ago. Probably the last time it actually worked. Doesn’t display at all in ios13, just shoved everything (buttons, text entry, etc) up along top edge of the app. laughably terrible that this is still on the app store. Company probably just forgot to delete it when they wandered away from its development. Can it get zero stars?

The App has some great templates for legal documents but the app is very slow, times out and crashes frequently. Once these issues get fixed it would be 4-5*****

I tried at least six times to register and use this app. to no avail. Useless and now I need to uninstall and make sure I don’t get billed for anything.

After reading some reviews, I took a chance on this app. The reviews where write. I was in the middle of editing a document and the app crashed and didn’t save my document. Complete waste of my time.

This app no longer works because LegalShield disabled or deactivated the service it depends on. Contacting customer service results in LegalShield trying to manipulate you into purchasing their other services.
Now Unusable

I am the owner of a freelance Entertainment company, and i used to use Forms (or shake as it was before) for years, worked perfect, but now it keeps saying “failed to connect to server” no matter what WiFi or cellular service I’m on. Very frustrating as now i can’t review any of my past contracts or pending ones. Please fix, was a fantastic app at one time
