Terms of Service will not even open

I would not sign up for something that I can't even open the terms of service. It crashes every time even uninstalled the app and reinstalled to try it again and terms of service will not open. If that do t work. I can only imagine how there other apps are. This is not for me

The app is phenomenal. As a musician that uses this with my band, I would only suggest contracts more supportive of the artist platform. Performance Contracts, Venue contracts, wedding contracts, Production & Management contracts.. etc..
Good service until recently

This was a good service and app until recently. When it was purchased by legal shield, I had some doubts. But it functioned well. Then the app was changed, mostly for marketing reasons. But around this time is also when the app stopped functioning correctly. The app would sudden have minor bugs like forgetting which checked box was checked, loooooong waits for updating forms and sometimes never saving a completed signature. It still not a bad app, if the bugs were just fixed.
Name change does you no favor & it’s become useless

I spent an hour & a half I’ll never get back looking for Shake, a pretty good contracts template. I finally had to run a google search to find it & learn of the name change only to find out it’s been rebranded & rendered useless.

Everything was pretty great, until it started crashing at the end of the signature process... specifically after signing in the signature field and then pressing the "Continue" button. Then poopie pants.
Very confusing, doesn't work consistently

Creating documents with this app is a pain in the butt. If you copy and paste from somewhere the app will reformat your text to look like garbage. Also the send by email feature sometimes doesn't work. When I tried to email for support there was no send button! At least you can get some sort of napkin contract and have someone sign on your phone if you are in person.

As a photographer on the go I am always looking for ways to streamline my business. Shake allows me to rest easily knowing I have a legally affirming contract for all of my freelance work. My only caveat is that the application now crashes upon every attempt to access the "manage" tab. Nevertheless, this app is fantastic!

Not Happy in Hollywood
I was thrilled when I stumbled across ShakeLaw. I had a big production project ramping up and thought this service would help to streamline the agreement/contract management process. I did some research and signed up. Everything went downhill from there. A week after I signed up, I had issues logging in. In fact, I wasn’t able to log in for weeks. I repeatedly sent emails (there is no phone number) and after long delays, ineffective, meaningless questions, I demanded they deactivate my account (remember, I wasn’t able to log on…). More time passed…crickets. Finally, they responded and confirmed that the account had been deactivated. But that’s not the worst of it… For the months this was going on, they continued to charge me $75 per month even after they confirmed that my account was deactivated. THEY STILL HAVE YET TO REFUND ME. And now I have to go through the excruciating pain of having to cancel my credit card. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.
