All screen iPhones have been out for over a year & no support for them yet.

I love this app! I have used this app many times to make money, sale belongings. etc. I hope it never goes away. I am interested in legal shield for protecting my business, I’m not interested in doing legal shield as a business at this time but what a great value add! Great job guys!

Used to work great for a while with some little issues that were very annoying but Now just keep saying routing timed out please try again and doesn’t work at all.

Cannot Save Drafts

When you fill out the Will Questionnaire, it will not save a draft! If you get a call or interrupt the app in any way, you have to start all over! Also sometimes the app doesn't work at all and you just get a loading sign and then it times out.

Used To Love The App Until Legal Shield Bought The App

I used to love the App when it was called Shake Law. Ever since it was purchased by Legal Shield it has gone down hill from there. The forms are great and wonderful to use, but the App has HORRIBLE syncing problems making it nearly impossible to use. I am constantly getting errors, mostly with getting timed out errors and routing time out errors. My list of conracts do not update and when I do get clients to sign they do not show up in my completed section and stay in the Pending section. I wish Legal Shield would have never bought the app and ruined a good thing.

I’ve been using the app since it was Shake. And I think I’ve had maybe 3 contracts actually be able to be sent out. Great idea but needs a lot of technical work. Is this app the only option to do the same thing???

Worst app ever

There’s no point in developing an allegedly useful app if the backend server is running on a 286 PC with a 300 baud dial up modem. I’ve been trying to do a simple promissory note for 36 hours. 12 hours to create an account. 12 hours to sign in. 12 hours to select the state. Maybe I’ll be able to fill in a promissory note by the end of this week.

This used to be a great app. I didn’t need it for a while so when I came back today I was so surprised to find it hasn’t been updated, the servers aren’t responsive, and it isn’t even fully supported for the iPhone X! Don’t stop what you were doing - you had something great. This app was so useful and now I can’t even sign in. Continue supporting this great product. 1/5 for not keeping the dream alive.

Great potential, but not working

Had this app and their website been working, it would have been such a good tool for contract work. Unfortunately, neither their website nor app seems to work properly. Issues I’m having (on both their website and app): • Unable to log in • Difficulty finding edited contracts • When requesting new password or contracts to be sent via email, they only appear after 30-60 minutes, and suddenly appear all at once. • If making a custom contract, not able to fill this contract in app or on website • Terribly slow interface on both app and website • Multiple error messages related to server issues I hope their app developer is monitoring this, and makes a quick fix soon. As said, this app has great potential if they can make it work.

App keeps timing out. Why it won’t save locally I have no idea. You can’t rely on this app.
