This app is due for a redesign. Extra clunky and you have to open and close the same screen a couple times to make things happen.

ADVERTISED FUNCTION: 1. Create boilerplate legal form(s) 2. Complete form(s) w/ user(s) 3. Convey (electronically) form(s) to appropriate party (if needed) 4. Return completed form(s) to original user (if needed) 5. SAVE. THE. FORM. EXECUTION: 1. ✔️ 2. ❌ 3. ✔️ 4. ❌ 5. ❌ Complete waste of my time. I wonder how much (sunk) time the developers put into this 0.

So many times I will make changes and it doesn’t save them and I have to redo the entire document. Sometimes the entire manage tab won’t load. It would be nice to be able to save a preset form

I literally can’t open any of my signed agreements, can’t edit existing ones to change information, so I have to send them an entirely new one. Please fix these issues, I use to love this program.

I am not able to login to this app using an existing Legal Shield ID and password. I tried to use two different accounts. I am not able to create a new ID and password. App returns programming variables or error messages: - Incorrect Email or Password - $variable_name

The app in concept is good. Easy-ish to navigate. I find it very slow in response time and very weird / annoying that there is no way to pre-populate my information so I’m not needing to fill in for each release. I also don’t like that it’s mandatory to include a picture on the likeness agreement; that should be optional.

I have attempted to use Forms now 4 different occasions. NOT ONCE have I received a pdf copy of the SIGNED document via email, and within the app NONE of them ever move from “pending” to “complete” even though my clients have assured me they’ve signed and sent it. I’ve gone as far as to embarrassingly ask a client to screen capture to prove they did it correctly. What is the point of using this app if LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON IT EXISTS DOESN’T WORK? How can this be fixed? This is the third phone I’ve used the app on so I know it’s not hardware or user error... the app simply does not work.
