This most recent update is terrible, the new template is nice but there is so much work that needs to be done it’s ridiculous, the launch locator takes too much work to find it takes forever to get to my countdowns. I also get hit with an invisible captcha that I have to solve so it doesn’t even let me log in, major work needs to be done and ASAP. This is just disappointing coming from such a big company.

Reserved feature is buggy on IOS

Once you reserved a pair of shoes from one account, you logout and login into another account, the reserved feature still be showing the EXACT SAME reserved pair from the previous account. This is only on Apple but not Android. Please fix this ASAP.


Unable to log in after latest update

I receive “Request Failed. Try again later” message when logging into the app. Thinking it was a problem with the app, I deleted and reinstalled. Same error. I was able to create a new account and use the app but my VIP account is tied to the old account as well as my past order info. I am able to log into account through website but the app is useless at this point. I called customer service but he had no idea how to fix this. App was ok until the latest update.

Takes forever to log on. Takes forever to do anything in the app. It’s super laggy. They also took away my gold star membership for no reason...I’d give it a 0 star if I could.


Can’t order from the app

Tried ordering something off the app but when I put my credit card info in, says invalid expiration date. All my cards are legit! What’s up Footaction?

Update just made the app worse

I mainly use the app to make reservations. I spent a lot of money to make sure I maintain my Gold Star member status. Ever since the update last Sept 2018, I couldn’t log in to the app as i kept getting Request failed. I tried different devices, same issue. I tried web login my account works. I tried other login to my device, it works. I already reset my password. Same issue. 2 mos later, FootAction can’t still resolve my issue. Missed a few reservations already and wasted the time of my Gold membership. Smh so disappointing and frustrating
