App isn’t letting me log in with my password and trying to lock me out app is having major issues

This app won’t let me log into my account and the password is correct I created a new account started over and now it won’t let me update to the Star club membership and I can’t add any stores on the launch locator also

I like the app because it allows me to browse through each section and fin out new releases which is very convenient 5 stars

I’ve been trying to get into my account for weeks to buy multiple pair of Jordan’s but I can’t login, they won’t rest my password, and customer service seems to never be able to get the issue fixed!! This app is basically taking up storage on my phone!!

Footaction app has trouble retrieving VIP information everytime I try to login. I’ve had the same VIP membership for about 3 years and just recently this has started happening to me resulting in reservations and premium membership discounts because of it. I’ve tried logging out like it tells me to do when I get the error but that doesnt fix it, I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but nothing works. I’ve called support on multiple occasions and all they tell me is the same thing “uninstall and reinstall the app but give it a 30 min wait and call back if it doesnt work” like c’mon I’ve done all I’ve possible cpuld think of. I think the app just needs a redo or something at this point cuz its really buggy.

Every single time that I go to the Footaction app to go and login it doesn’t work! It says that it’s too long when I have logged into the websites but it doesn’t work for this app. I hope that Footaction will reach to me of how to fix this because I just can’t login into this app.
