Unable to log in after latest update – Footaction - Shop New Releases Review
I receive “Request Failed. Try again later” message when logging into the app. Thinking it was a problem with the app, I deleted and reinstalled. Same error. I was able to create a new account and use the app but my VIP account is tied to the old account as well as my past order info. I am able to log into account through website but the app is useless at this point. I called customer service but he had no idea how to fix this. App was ok until the latest update.
