Whenever the countdown hits 0 it log me out and couldn’t log in. I couldn’t found out if I could buy the shoe.

The new redesign is the worst client experience i have out of any of my other retail apps. Super slow. Incredibly glitchy. Not intuitive at all! The previous interface wasnt great but it was definitely better than this version. So frustrating to use. Logs me out. Vip is off. When you try to register for a launch you don't know if its going to save because some days it will show you did and others it won't. HORRIBLE!

How do you guys want people to use your app, but can’t even allow us to log in? I have changed my password and still the same thing. Very bugged and not user friendly.

I’m actually not even able to login in anymore and I have a countdown going but can’t even see it because it’s only available on the app

Even when your in the app minutes before the launch it just crashes, I wish Jordan brand would just cut the crappy middle man out of hot releases. Way to drop the ball again !!!
Fix bugs

App has a bug and I’m unable to sign back I deleted, reinstalled it and the same thing happened again.... its good way to shop online but this bug needs fixing

I’ll delete the app until I can use it. It’s been like two months that I can’t get past the sign in screen. Not even as guest I can access the app; so why would I have it if it doesn’t work?
