I mainly use the app to make reservations. I spent a lot of money to make sure I maintain my Gold Star member status. Ever since the update last Sept 2018, I couldn’t log in to the app as i kept getting Request failed. I tried different devices, same issue. I tried web login my account works. I tried other login to my device, it works. I already reset my password. Same issue. 2 mos later, FootAction can’t still resolve my issue. Missed a few reservations already and wasted the time of my Gold membership. Smh so disappointing and frustrating. Wasted money and effort and I didn’t feel I was a valued customer

Literally every time I go on the site or the app there is a glitch and end up buying my items elsewhere. Right now it won’t let me enter in my phone number correctly to process an order ??♂️

Version 3.1.1 crashes if you launch the app and go to Shop, Launch Locator, My Countdowns Update- App was updated (3.1.2) and all issues seem to have been addressed. Thumbs up!
