How do I get a refund for this app. It doesn’t sync with my Fitbit. Just purchased Pro on the 6th of this month. I like this app to use when shopping. However, the scanner is slow. The my foods tab has no way of deleting foods. You are not able to edit after closing. For example, to add a photo of the food you created.

I love this app. It tells me the grade of different food items. Many things that I thought were healthy are actually not. Great insights.

Time to rethink whoever is working on your email campaigns. Maybe don’t call your email subscribers stupid. I’m unsubscribing, stupid!

I paid 2.99 for one month to see if this app is what I’m looking for. I entered my profile & the app calculated my calorie intake. However I can’t even figure out where to enter the foods I ate today. Every feature I want to use is an upgrade priced individually. I’m not willing to be nickle-and-dimed just to see if the app will be useful for me. I’m cancelling.

I’m pretty aware of food ingredients already but I thought this app would make my life easier. Unfortunately I was left unimpressed with some of the explanations for the ratings they assigned. For example, I was eating some flavored almonds which I was sure would get a poor rating since the second ingredient are vegetable oils. Vegetable oils are highly inflammatory and overall terrible for you. The almonds got a B+. Next I scanned organic, lightly salted cashews with no flavors. They were rated B+. I think this app can make you feel like you’re eating healthy when you could be damaging yourself. Lots of room for improvement.

My RD said this was the app to get. I use MyNetDiary and like it but she said this was more precise and designed by RDs. I got it but there is no page to add food or see the nutritional breakdown of the foods I eat. On the one hand it appears to be a free app but then asks for big money if you want other stuff. I thought I’d use it before I invest but so far have no idea how to input foods and see what this app offers.
