Trustworthy? Lacks simple features

Hmm.... I want to love you, Fooducate, part 2 (thanks for responding to Part 1 about margarine) ... Tomatoes are NOT among EWG's Clean Fifteen, contrary to your note about organics in Explanations, but actually tomatoes are among their Dirty Dozen. Better check your whole list against theirs for accuracy, since it changes annually. That said, tracking of added sugars, net carbs, etc. shows me that you go beyond many apps in terms of depth of nutrition knowledge so ? for that! Also Fooducate lacks some features that would make the app more useful--like... for finding better alternatives, please allow SORT BY RATING so I don't need to read the entire list to find the A rated/best and how about filter/search *within the Alternatives list* for, say, brands I can actually find at my usual store. Also it's hard for me to see the + and - in ratings. Please increase size or do gradations of color to help tell them apart.

Suggestion - Unliking

r!atm

This app works quite well for tracking one's nutritional intake. I really appreciate the ability to view better alternatives to certain foods. However, one slight annoyance I have is with the liking system. If you accidentally like an item, you can't "unlike" it, you can only dislike it, which does take it off your "list" but it brings the average of the product down. This is important for situations in which one hasn't tried the product but has given accidental feedback through tapping a heart. I would appreciate if an implement could be made in which a user can simply tap the heart again, and the like would go away. Otherwise, I have no qualms with this app and use it daily.

Great for someone that wants change ! Great app

Modify entry

PajaritaLu

I would like to modify saved entries. Does the premium version cover Whole 30? I guess it doesn’t need to as you don’t have to track what you eat. It is nice to have an app handy to track food. I haven’t had it long enough to figure out how to put in my own recipes and divide into single serving entries.

I downloaded the app last week but I was leaving for vacation so I wanted to wait and now I can’t figure out how to redo my first 24 hour evaluation. Very frustrating

The Best

Punchie G

I love this app because it really helps me think about the bigger picture: sleep, mood, nutrients, water, etc. And then it gives you information about the things you eat and alternatives that could be better. I don't even have a special diet or health issue I need to adjust to, but it has great features for those too. My only complaint is that they aren't updating it very often and it still has some interfaces that can be improved.

Errors

Love the app. Can’t stand that I can’t edit items in my meal I have to delete the item all together. The interface could be smoother. Errors in nutrition facts-is there an algorithm that can identify the photo and auto update it? I see a lot of potential in the app. I hope it improves.

Unable to set up account

I tried to set up the account but it kept asking for a 5 digit zip code even though I added it several times. It would not complete the login.
