This app provides an interesting mix of information on food and nutrition. There are scientific articles from bodies such as the World Health Organization and people with professional credentials; people sharing their experiences with food and supplements; and people questioning whether the information from the people who are sharing is evidence based. There are interesting recipes from app users and information on the nutritional aspects of popular foods. There may be more: I have discovered all the above after only 10 minutes on the app. A lot of the information on the app is thought-provoking and will lead me to do research to validate some of the information claimed in both the articles and the comments made by app users. As for the recipes, the ones that interest me will be tested in my kitchen and validated by my taste buds. .
Headache Free
I have suffered debilitating migraines the past 40 years and one of the biggest reasons is the addition of monosodium glutamate (msg) in foods. The simple unknown addition of it to a food can send me in horrific pain to an emergency room. This app can be an invaluable tool to prevent that happening. Thank you!

Got to the daily progress screen fir the very first time and the app wants me to rate it. What a load of crock!

I love this app! However an Apple Watch companion app along with integration with apples health kit would make the experience even better!
