How useless is having an app when you not able to reset your username or password without getting your app to approve now I’m not able to reset my password or I can’t start up my app

I’ve used banking apps from around the world. happy to give 5 stars (relative to what else is out there). Yes there are areas to improve, but you guys at FNB are close to the front of the pack in overall service and digitization

EXTREMELY disappointed. Received message to update APP in APP store. When commencing update, the message is as follow”FNB BANKING APP” NO LONGER AVAILABLE. The developer has removed this app from the APP Store.

Am really surprised you were not one of the first to get  Pay to work. How come others got it first and till today no word on when  Pay will come?

Location required for payments? Are you kidding?! What if the location services are not available. What if I don’t want to share it with FNB? Then the app is essentially useless. I value my privacy and FNB should rather invest their time and money on implementing secure two factor authentication rather than spying on their customers. I can already see my location data land up in the next data leak. That’s how you lose customers FNB

Buggy takes for ever to open

I am absolutely surprised how terrible this app is on IOS compared to Android.it takes forever to open every single time you do something it takes you to a help page and if you press back takes another year!!!!

Very Buggy interface, app crashes frequently

The interface of this app is terrible, selecting options often don’t work with and the same selection has to be pressed multiple times. Sometimes the result works then and other times the app abruptly just crashes. Expecting more from such a large Bank as such a buggy app, I don’t know how FNB has any customers left with such a poorly designed app.

Please redesign, and beautify this app, make the icons a little smaller to give room to view more events without getting confused as to were to find what. A little more simplification would go a long way. Simple and beauty will help everyone regardless of technical ability.

Virtual cards don’t exist

As a business account holder - I am just frustrated with FNB and the lack of digital banking … since the launch of virtual cards I could not create cards as on the app the functionality just don’t exist. I have a new iPhone and latest iOS updates - when u call the call center they said it’s not available for business but FNB advise it’s for business too … hate this bank
