Get a proper working app and is down a lot of the time lately

It’s ridiculous that I cannot paste my password into the app. I use LastPass to secure and create complex passwords. The fact that I cannot paste the password into the banking app is a non starter because typing in a long complex password each time I use the app is ridiculously painful. Having not being able to access the app as a result, I cannot rate the rest of it. Does it use fingerprint access? Looking forward to the app getting with contemporary tech.

The App is great. But notification of messages doesn't go after reading all the messages. It only disappears when you close the app and reopen it. Pls, fix. I hate seeing (false) NOTIFICATIONS on the app icon.

Stopping or reversing a debit order is impossible. Don't bother watching the Fnb help vids it doesn't work. We can't allocate payments when paying credit cards

Unable to paste a password with login

This app has been rendered un-usable because I am unable to paste the 20 character long randomly generated password from my secure password management software into the login screen. It is impossible to retype this random password each time. There is absolutely no benefit to disabling the paste functionality on the password field.

Horrible app

This is a horrible app that is constantly producing error messages of a sorts of types and numbers. One can log in about 50 per cent of the time to at least see account balances. Beyond that, you are pressing your luck. Terrible app, much like their Web site, from an otherwise fairly decent bank.

Slow to start and not intuitive

This app takes forever to launch. Surely the majority of users, most of the time, only use the banking feature... So why should all the other services also load when you launch the app? It could be grouped as a separate option that only launches if requested. It’s not even an image laden interface that could slow down loading times, it’s mainly text. It just doesn’t make sense.

Shares and gold

I used to be able to see and manage my share and gold portfolio on this app. This feature is no longer available. Are we going backwards?

Great banking app

I love my FNB app! Makes payments super easy. Also like how I can login with my finger print and not a password. Makes everything so much more secure.
