Seriously buggy after the update, why release an update that makes the app worse?

Wonder why yal broke something that was working for sooo long. New update is s#%* I hate it, prefer banking on pc than the app. Cant yal roll back to previous version?? Then while you're testing new app again, we're running okay. Took convenience straight out of our lives. But besides that, well done for always making previous good updates and progress.

Awful app that doesn’t get past the homepage. Have been to FNB I don’t know how many times and they simply can’t fix it. Sick and tired of getting error codes. And don’t get me started on trying to get OTPs....

This app is super slow and not up to date with the times. Finger scan *cough cough! Full of bugs and having to insert password ALL.THE.TIME! REALLY??!!?? Use the website, that is still not compatible with regular browsers, if you can. One of the most frustrating apps on the App Store. At least give a point system for most log in attempts so it does not get so frustrating.

This latest update is dreadful. Why did they take away the option bar at the bottom?? That was quick and easy to use. It's now cumbersome and takes longer to get to various screens. Revert to the previous version!!!

This is by far the shittiest mobile banking in the world right now. Period. You get an error when trying to set up the online banking feature, and when you call the call center, they ask you for nonsense iPhone details. Ridiculous. The app has POOR support for iOS user. My Android friends seem to be lucky. It’s pathetic customer service.
