Terrible customer service

The player works on my iPhone, that’s why it gets 2 stars. However, on the iPad Pro running most recent update it doesn’t. When app is first opened I get a notice saying no internet connection- I am connected to the internet. When I hit retry the app crashes. If I hit cancel and then try to play or download it says there’s not enough storage. I spoke with a human at Apple and they said I have plenty of storage on the iPad in fact more than my phone. I’ve contacted tech support via email (is there even a phone number?) two or three times only to have to wait for 24 hours or more to get the same response- not enough storage. And now haven’t heard back for some time so I guess that’s it. $75 for a video download and it doesn’t work as it should and where I need it most. I’m sure the individual who made the video would be very unpleased to know that their name is associated with such a faulty product and awful customer service. I will be reaching out to them as well...
won't let me login at all

it was working fine for most of the day and then it wouldn't let me download the audio files I bought. thinking it was a temporary glitch I logged out and tried to log back in again. IT WOULDN'T LET ME LOG BACK IN. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it. It still won't let me log in. I attempted to send a complaint through the app and it wouldn't let me because THE LOGIN REQUEST TIMED OUT. this is trash and I am very upset as this is the only way for me to listen to my purchases.

This app is super glitchy and I can barely get something to play without a “connection error” message flashing across the screen. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!!!!

Unable to use. Looking at all these bad reviews, I would think you would have some pride in yourself and make corrections. Sheesh!

I had to get this app to listen to Focus on the Family purchase. It is almost impossible to listen too. On a 30 min drive home, I was kicked off to many times to count. Each time you have to open the app, you are several min behind, where you left off. No forward or backward button. Please fix this app!!
This app does not work well

I am not sure what is the problem with this app. The previous app I used to listen to adventures in odyssey was Christianaudio app. I still have stories that I listen on that app. Now they have they are using a new app this one which does not work well. In the middle of a story it stops and you have to go all the way back and wait for it to keep updating. I wish this app could either be fixed or I can find some way to go back to my christianaudio app which is a much better app than this one. Thank you.

After I bought my album from focus on family and listened to part of the audio book it stopped working. I rebought it on iTunes. Horrible app

This app is required for viewing purchased downloads from “Just Planes” website. There is no ability to select chapters and the resume where you left off always puts the video at 18 minutes or so into playback. So if you were a hour and a half into a video you have move the slider and release to figure out where you left off. Even a useful scrubbing feature would be welcome at least. Rubbish.
