Terrible customer service – Flux Player Review

The player works on my iPhone, that’s why it gets 2 stars. However, on the iPad Pro running most recent update it doesn’t. When app is first opened I get a notice saying no internet connection- I am connected to the internet. When I hit retry the app crashes. If I hit cancel and then try to play or download it says there’s not enough storage. I spoke with a human at Apple and they said I have plenty of storage on the iPad in fact more than my phone. I’ve contacted tech support via email (is there even a phone number?) two or three times only to have to wait for 24 hours or more to get the same response- not enough storage. And now haven’t heard back for some time so I guess that’s it. $75 for a video download and it doesn’t work as it should and where I need it most. I’m sure the individual who made the video would be very unpleased to know that their name is associated with such a faulty product and awful customer service. I will be reaching out to them as well...
