The Worst!

This does not stream well. It makes you download any digital content before playing a movie on an iPhone. It still even freezes after that. The downloading of your own purchased digital content even takes forever. Absolutely a useless app. It is like having dial up again.

I'm being forced to use this app to access some content I'm interested in. It has a lot of shortcomings. Every time you open it, it goes through an "updating" process which means you can't access your content until it finishes. Sometimes this goes on so long the app is essentially frozen. Additionally, it lacks many basic features offered by other audiobook players such as a sleep timer.
App constantly crashes

Lately the app continually crashes when I attempt to open it. Cannot access the content I have saved. Even on the rare occasion when I can access the app, it asks for my password, which I provide, but receive the message that my account cannot be found. Very irritating.
