Can’t upgrade firmware

The camera itself seems to work great and have a great picture! However I can’t get the app to update the firmware on the camera and I’ve tried all the trouble shooting I can’t find online! A serious software update and bug fixes is needed with this company!

This app is amongst the worst I have ever seen. Adding cameras is difficult and if you have an issue and need to remove a camera you are unable to do so without calling tech support even though the feature is clearly advertised and present on the app. Lacks many features.

I owned quite a few cameras in my life time and this Flir Fx is just the BEST I ever owned!! I never had a bit of problem with this superb machine. It’s connected 24/7 and it transmits the pictures with super resolution directly or through the internet any time, day or night w/o any interference whatsoever. I access through the net instead of wi-fi directly and the response time is amazing. I just love this thing!!

Seemed to have killed the servers so the app and cameras are worthless now. Company is unresponsive to confirm this.

Purchased Lorex 2400 series security camera. Can't find any of their apps that work. Returning this mess tomorrow. No remote viewing defeats the purpose! Update: the LOREX and FLIR apps work great Update 1 yr later 7/11/18. Still crap. At first it wouldn’t accept my password(4times) then once it accepted pw it couldn’t connect to cameras. All I wanted was to check footage on FLIR Cloud. But had to redownload this mess that clearly doesn’t work with my cameras like all of the other apps do!
