The app is OK when you can connect to it. I cannot get a live video feed on iOS over LTE. I can get live video feed with my android phone over LTE. I've had issues with this for a long time now. I've submitted the issues to tech support but still no resolution. It did work during iOS 9 however hasn't worked since the new iOS 10.

Purchased Lorex 2400 series security camera. Can't find any of their apps that work. Returning this mess tomorrow. No remote viewing defeats the purpose!

The last time this app what update was December 2015. To me this means that the product has been abandoned and who knows if it will even work with the upcoming iOS 11. I bought the camera to use as a night vision action camera and its useless for that too as the IR illuminator just reflects off the case and you see nothing. The camera and features WOULD be killer if they maintained the app and continued to update the platform. ReadyRecap is really cool but ends up being useless as it crashes the app. This product is an embarrassment from FLIR, an otherwise outstanding company. Please, please, please update and commit to maintaining the app FLIR!!!

Just got the Flir FX CAM, I will be returning this camera, lots of bad reviews that I didn't read prior to purchasing the cam, Lorex should be ashamed of themselves for selling this, I will post all over social media to stay away from Lorex, I have over 10,000 friends between all of my social medias and I will get everyone of them to share this bad news, these type of companies need to be put out of business!!!

Lorex/FLIR has really disappointed. So many great things with these cameras... hoped their shortcomings would be improved or corrected in due time. Especially the terrible motion sensing (way over sensitive even on the very lowest setting) and the resulting incessant alerts, which become pointless fast since they’re false. Obviously after 2 years with zero updates, Lorex/FLIR could care less about supporting these cameras and those of us which own them. 3 = $750 down the tubes. No wonder Apple dropped them from their stores only a couple months after they offered them for sale.

This app is horrible on many levels. But perhaps the thing that irks me the most is the settings screen shows the camera password in the clear in plain text for everyone around you to see. Pretty ridiculous.. Update: The camera takes 1minute to initialize every time you change orientation, switch between apps, etc. It’s incompetence. They should pay their development team more for better quality apps.

The App randomly started prompting me for a camera password that I never set, locking me out of it. On top of this, ridiculously high motion sensitivity makes it constantly alert. Useless.
