So useful for train commuting

Mcatwp

A great app that makes newspapers obsolete and consolidates various news outlets. I only wish it was accessible when there's no data (I.e., underground).

It's alright

Hate the pop ups

swift_360

This used to be my favorite app but now every time I start reading an article a video ad pops up. Very annoying and I've noticed I don't use the app as much as I used to because of the pop ups. It still is a good app with good content but it's getting to the point where it's not worth using anymore. Edit- What a mess this app has become. Intrusive ads that pop up and force me to close the app and restart. It's become more trouble than it's worth! I miss Zite!!

3.3.24 keeps crashing

mkoo

I use this everyday and love the app. But this version keeps crashing and when I open it back up it starts at a page I was at yesterday. Please fix

Used to be good not anymore

t2ddd

Used to like it. Now it is very frustrating so I deleted after using for years. It's news headline is of the type "this new drug extends life by 50 years with one dose! The drug...." Click below to read more! Nope, sorry, I won't be clicking your ducking link! Goodbye flipboard!

This App can be hacked.

TangoDriver

This Flipboard App on my IPhone 6 Plus got hacked, froze, & now won't download again anymore after I deleted it, after I noticed it was hacked with a never ending popup window.

Intrusive pop up ads!

Solitood

I used to really love Flipboard but lately there are new pop up ads that have become a major annoyance. What makes them so bad is that you can't minimize them or click them away so you have to try and read *around* the ad. The ads must take up at least 40% of the page. Seriously?! So sad that Flipboard ruined such a good thing.

Too Much / Too Quickly

Bigg dude

Might be a good app but not for me, I want a basic news app that keeps me well informed of the news that means something to me. I don't care for apps like this that are under the impression more is better, it's not to me it's annoying. Not interested in the attention seeker so called celebrities, or 3rd world countries, or the annoying adds that come along when your app provides more than it should freely, they have to get money somewhere so the annoying adds drown you. Give me a news app that's simple basic and informative, not this type that has so much not enough time is devoted to what's really important. 8/21/2016 ?

Pop ups

1997crashes

Lowering my rating because you get several articles that are severely interrupted by pop ups. They cover the text, and sometimes can not be deleted. This used to be my favorite app. Now I primarily use Apple news reader

Y No Instagram or Facebook?

Years ago Flipboard was my go-to application for nearly everything on the web. The best part about it, for me, was the way both RSS/news and also social media were aggregated neatly into Cover Stories. No other app does this which made Flipboard very unique. After the redesign, Facebook stopped showing up in Cover Stories and now can only be viewed on a separate page (and even there likes do not work; keeps prompting to login to FB but provides no username/password fields). Then, Instagram support was removed. My interest in Flipboard quickly waned. I keep checking back, hoping the old features that made this such an amazing app would return. I would happily pay for a new version that could do what it used to do back when it was first launched.
