Some rough patches

Overall, the app seems like it could be perfectly fine, it’s just missing a few things. (1) Once you’ve put a bottle into each of the 4 Home Bar categories, you can no longer search for bottles from anywhere in the Home Bar tab. (2) General first time login/password issues (might not be the app’s fault) (3) once an item is in the Cart, there doesn’t appear to be a way to remove it nor add more items. The Cart tab just has a “Your bill is ready” page with a “Proceed” button. No back button, no Continu Shopping button, no Remove option, only “Proceed”.
Not worth it

I have never had a smooth experience ordering from this company and their customer service is terrible. I have had problems with shipping and ordering on the app. They charge your card immediately then don’t ship for weeks. I referred a friend for a free bottle that they never sent and won’t reply to my emails for days. What a nightmare.
Poor customer service and mistaken orders

I have had three orders with mistakes. A bottle and a tasting box that never arrived. And when I reach out to customer service they are unresponsive. I have tried sending multiple emails with no luck and haven’t heard back from the company. Overall horrible customer service and poor organization.
Great company concept, beyond poor website and App.

The idea, and from what I can tell thus far, of Flaviar, it’s awesome. Sad that the entire experience from their website to their app, though, looks like it was designed by a freshman intern that learn web design and app development from a Coursera class.

App is beautiful and very easy to navigate. I do want to bring attention to the text on the buttons, there are two layers. I’m guessing whoever designed it didn’t know that one layer of text holds the link (such as “Take Our Survey”) and the other is the way they wanted it to look. Again it’s not actually hindering the app but it’s just poor design
App needs updating

In the cart it always says your bill is ready even though I’m already a member and have paid. Very cool concept just seems nobody really monitoring customer concerns.
