Hugely difficult to navigate

Difficult and confusing to navigate app even harder to understand membership. You need a PhD in engineering to cancel your membership. Constantly trying to confuse and trick you in to not cancelling.
App hasn’t worked for me all year.

I love the website and everything about the whisky community. However, the app hasn’t worked for me once. The website is giving me problems today so I switched to the app and I’m unable to order my quarterly bottle and tasting box. I paid 95 dollars yesterday and can’t even get the product. Please fix.

Don’t join! Next to impossible to reorder. They seem deliberately make it a cryptic process and give answers to inquiries which are wrong and useless. Awful and a ripoff
Disappointing & Unreliable service

I’ve used & been a member of this “club” for nearly 2 years, and initially was very pleased by the selection they offered. I had ordered often and while sometimes there were delays or mix ups they would fix them quickly. More recently I have found they will post items and prices they then refuse to honor. I have had 3 orders in the last 2 months cancelled because they are unable to ge their vendors to honor the price they offered and accepted payment. They refund the money, but then I can find on the site that they continue to offer these items but with a 2x-10x markup. This practice is exhausting and after sometimes waiting a month to find the bottle ordered will not be fulfilled, I would suggest folks look elsewhere for their exploration to avoid disappointment.
App never loads

Whenever I go to my cart it just loads infinitely and I have to quit and reopen the app in order for me to use any part of the app. Same thing happens on my iPad. It’s annoying because I’ll add bottles to my cart from my phone/iPad but when I inevitably have to use my computer to check out, those cart items didn’t actually save. Kinda makes the app pointless. Maybe it’s an iOS 15 thing
This App/Company Could Be Great

I love the thought behind this app and the things they have to offer to teach you more about your favorite liquors. But……. There is no customer service line The orders almost never come in on time. The app doesn’t sync correctly. You have to go to the website to order Honestly I got this as a gift. I was so freakin happy. But now I would much rather go to a store and speak to someone…. Even in a pandemic.
