I have ordered from Flaviar before online and everything went great. Decent shipping time and everything was packaged well. The app is super simple to use and makes it even easier. Great job.

It’s absolutely amazing. My wife ordered it for me as a anniversary gift and it was not a let down. Nothing like I have ever had before. Sounds crazy, but when I drink it, you feel the whiskey enter you mouth and then evaporate off your tongue. Then after a few moments the flavor comes rushing from the back of your throat and envelopes your taste buds. Also, very please with service and packaging.
New update is bad

The club is awesome, but this update made it EXTREMELY slow on my phone and it takes time to load often by just doing simple things.

Signed up for the membership, paid $50.00 for a tasting box that I never received over two months later - they tell me I never signed up for it, meanwhile on my account it says the “free” box was used and I have a $50 charge from Flavian on my bank statement. This is not a steal. They steal.

I love this app as a way to discover options for myself. The visual flavor profiles are very helpful and I love that I can just order what I want instead of looking at numerous liquor stores. I like that I keep everything organized as well. My big dislike with this app is that it’s not shareable and doesn’t allow an option to view someone else’s list. My boyfriend and o are both big scotch drinkers and we gift each other often. We’re constantly having to share screen shots back and forth instead of being able to see what the other likes or is looking forward to trying. I think it would be great for friends and family to be able to share lists with members and non-members. I think it would open up sales on the site as well if a member could send someone a link to their list and their gift giver could just send it to them via the app.

I purchased a year long membership for my boyfriend for he birthday. Apparently it is the best present, and he loves it. The app is incredibly easy to use and the Whisky is amazing!!

My Fiancé’s products never came, so he tried to cancel his subscription. Apparently, it didn’t cancel and he then got charged for those products, anyway. It’s lucky we called our bank to dispute the charge, because they told us Flaviar was going to continue charging us under a different company name (?). Our bank has blocked these new charges and will help us reverse the first for these products we never got and for a subscription we tried to cancel, but still, that’s pretty bad.

Last few orders have taken longer than the 3-7 days promised. One took a month to get to me.

My wife purchased a gift card for a membership as a gift. Only after she purchased it, and only after I entered in shipping address did it say that they couldn’t ship to our state. Looking at their terms, they don’t ship to THIRTY U.S. states. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? You guys need to communicate that better in the purchase process. Geeze.
