Bad process – Five Guys Burgers & Fries Review

It makes no sense to use your mobile app given you cook the burgers immediately but will not cook the fries until you arrive. Burger sits and gets Cold with hot fries. It makes it faster and better experience to just order in the store versus ordering on the mobile app. Fix this logistical issue or kill your app
