Wow. I’ve been using it for a few months now I went in to try to use a freestyle work out and I can’t even access it. This developer needs to inform us or better yet give us back our money!! This is a joke.. Apple remove this app now!!! And the support site isn’t even available.

No audio No help

I downloaded this app a year ago and never used it till today. I can’t get the audio to work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and same thing. I tried to email the support team and I got an “undeliverable” email back. What do I do next?

I love my Fitbit! I even bought the Fitbit Coach which gives you so many options and the app is great and organized. You can chose what you want to work on and it gives you daily workouts to focus on that selection. I then realized that they have Fitstar yoga and I was so excited because I wanted to work on concentration and flexibility. I loved the free so much I upgraded! I ran into the issue many did regarding not being able to access the content. That got fixed later that day, but the app itself is not that great. I wish there were ways to sort the sessions based on time and that you were able to customize the sessions more than you can. Ultimately, the sessions are great but I would not say that it is fully worth the price.

No longer Go To Yoga app

This used to be my go-to Yoga app for my regular Yoga workout. I liked that it incorporated directly with Fitbit and had the ability to rate difficulty of each pose. I am disappointed that this app’s development has been nonexistent for over a year and there has been no notice that there will be any development in the future. The other FitStar App became Fitbit Coach, which is a great app, but there is no Yoga workouts. I have moved on to other Yoga apps that are actively being developed and maintained.

BUT lately it has gotten so slow loading...if you have time to wait 30 minutes to an hour for your workout to load the sessions are great...DO BETTER FitStar Yoga!!

I loaded this on my iPad it’s great except I can’t get the sound to work. Any suggestions?

Syncs with my apple health and explains all the poses for a beginner like me. I did upgrade to the premium because I wanted to do more than 1 session/week but at $40 for a year that's still cheaper than a gym membership and I can do it in my living room. So far very pleased!

Can't log in with Fitbit

Can't log in. Fitbit sends me back to FitStar Yoga which tells me to log into Fitbit. Endless cycle. Can't use the app. Man, this company has yet to put out a good app and will never get my money.

Do Not Subscribe to Premium

Do not pay money for this app or Fit Coach. When you cancel your subscription through Apple FitBit will still charge you and claim you still have an account. I cancelled both apps due to glitches in the playback where it would skip half the workouts.

They’ll fraudulently charge your card and than do nothing to fix it

Don’t use this product. They’ll charge your card without you knowing. When you reach out telling them it’s fraud, provide them with the information requested, and ask for a refund, they direct your issue to a different department that does not exist saying they “help you” better. Don’t wait your time with this garbage - your better off using a different company that has morals.
