Slow loading

I have used this app for over a year, and it seems as though it gradually takes more time to load the app each time I open it. Regardless of the network I’m connected to, it takes upwards of five minutes to get past the logo. This is an issue on all of the devices I have connected to FitStar Yoga. Also, the customizable workouts are laughable. The time and difficulty sliders have no impact on the workout that’s loaded. In addition, I used to be able to play my own music while doing a workout. Now, despite the “coach volume” slider being all the way up, the music drowns out the instructions. This was a decent app when I first started using it, but it is far from that now. Developer response was generic and completely disregarded all the information I provided. Dropping to one star for lazy Dev team.

The best!!!! Use everyday and I have been feeling amazing! Have been using for years and just purchased the monthly premium! About $7 or $8. Totally worth it! Will be switching to the full year after this month! Love how I can do this in the comfort of my own home on my iPhone every day conveniently whenever I want to! Love doing it after a long day at work. Don’t have to drive anywhere or go anywhere. Can just press play and BAM! Yoga time. Time to relax & stretch. I like to make a cup of green tea right before to really relax me. Love this app! Thank you fitstar! You have changed my life in many ways! Mwah! Xoxoxo ??????♀️???✨
It never works

I downloaded this app to try and get some light exercise and to help my back pain, but none of the workouts ever load. It took forever to get the initial test one done where you test the poses to see what level you’re at and I haven’t been able to get the next work out to load. Very disappointing. I’ll just stick to using free yoga videos on YouTube.

Similar to another reviewer. I paid for premium and everything was still locked. I reached out to customer support and “Sebastian” told me it was probably a payment issue on my end. No - it wasn’t. The money came out of my bank account. The call was disconnected and he said he would call me back if this happened but he never did. Soooo, as another reviewer posted previously use premium at your own risk.

Do not spend money on this. If it works, it is a great app. However, I recently redownloaded it after a long time of not using it, and I have had nothing but problems. First it wouldn’t connect to my Fitbit, and then when I purchased the subscription, it would not sync the purchase. I have been in contact with customer service for days, emailing back and forth, and it has been the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. All I want is my money back for a service I cant use, and they keep telling me that all I need to do is log in to Fitbit. That hasn’t worked. It seems as though Fitbit has completely dropped support for this app, but they haven’t taken it down, which resulted in basically stealing my money.

I had never been one who enjoyed daily exercise but had been curious about Yoga. I downloaded the app since it was comparable with my Fitbit and after the first week I was hooked, I love my morning sessions so I had to buy the premium. When I came up on 30 days since I purchased the premium for a year I could no longer access my personal workouts. When I contacted the app’s customer service via Twitter, they were quick to respond and the next day my app is working correctly again.
My favorite yoga app! And I’ve tried them all...

I’ve been using this app for over 5 years. It learns with you - increasing in difficulty as you improve skills and flexibility. One thing I truly do not like about other yoga apps is the music - I’m not a flute and flutter type of girl. Lol! I wish the developer would continue to support this app. It’s worth the annual fee. But several of the features no longer work - such as syncing with Apple’s Health app. But I still give 5-stars because it really is quality.
They never ever update!!!

Used it for 2 years now, and it never updates it never changes the program. They say you can customize workouts but it won’t let you. Routines never change. Loved it but I guess I’ll have to find another app
Premium not working

I purchased premium over a week ago and I still can’t access any premium workouts. I tried logging out & back in, I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I even tried to purchase again but since I “already have a subscription” I can’t. Nothing is working. I want a refund.
