Saving workouts

Em_fizzy yo

I think everything is fantastic but the only reason I'm giving the app three stars is because I always have to redownload workouts I use almost every day which is annoying because they also download really slowly we should be able to save workouts and not have to redownload them all the time or maybe it's a glitch that I have to keep redownloading the sessions but it should be fixed/changed please and thank you

Doesn't work

Get better developers that make an app that actually works... Can't even sign in or create an account. Lost a potential customer

No sound

garbonzogirl

I have done everything to get the audio working to no end but before the latest update I was enjoying this app

Works great!!!!

ButtonMama11

Use this app on my iPhone & iPad & it works amazing!!!! Just completed two free workouts & I'm definitely going to be buying a year of it!!!!

Can't choose program

Schrokr

It stops on the program selection. For now I can only do freestyle. Please fix it!

Slow downloads

Pinkukfan

The programs are really slow to download so I usually select my program and start the download while I change and get set up. Sometimes there has been a glitch where it will freeze or skip ahead, but overall I've been happy with the variety of programs available for free. At this time I haven't upgraded for the premium status.

Disappointed

Three days ago, after using the basic routines for three weeks, I decided to go premium and unfortunately I paid for a full year. I knew something was fishy when access wasn't granted when my credit card was charged. Support told me to wait 8 hours. 8 hours passed. Nothing. I was told to give them a screenshot of proof of payment, and make sure I wasn't enrolled in auto renewal. Another day passes. They ask for a screen shot of the locked routines and what I see when I open the app. Another 8 hours pass. They ask me to go to fit star online and take a screenshot of the url. Another 8 hours pass. I've deleted and reloaded the app so many times and no access to premium. I've asked for a refund -- no response. Get premium at your own risk. I'd advise staying away from fit star yoga premium. I'll post a follow up if they refund me the money-- I'm hopeful because fit star trainer works so well in comparison. Update: All is well now--updated from 1 to 4 stars. App is now working. It does take a while to download routines so I try to remember to do it about 10 minutes before I want to start. I like the different routines and the more I do them, the easier it is to keep up! The app crashed twice while I was giving feedback after the routine-- it never crashed before I became premium. I think it may be a good idea not to go premium til you've exhausted the free routines. I feel I bought too soon but I'm still glad I've got premium access.

Awful

KuntCake

If I could give this a zero star I would. Wouldn't load video and sounds wouldn't play. Even if the video did load, from the examples I did see, it wouldn't be of any help to have the video anyway because just the basic examples where awful.

Works Excellently!

Jigsawkt

I love the videos and I LOVE that I can connect it to my Fitbit and it logs my sessions automatically! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is I think for the more beginner sessions it moves to fast when transitioning and the persons voice that guides it I don't particularly care for, doesn't sound very relaxing. Also I feel like you should have more sessions available for free. Other than that I love it!

Load much?

theSTurn

Every time I want to give yoga a try this app kills it by taking forever to load content. ?
