What is the deal? What happened to the sound? Did bug fixes create another bug? I have sound on my other apps, but no sound on the FitStar yoga app. The video plays silently. Not good.

I had FitStar Yoga Premium a couple of years ago and loved it. I purchased it again on March 15th, 2020 and the money immediately went from my account. When I tried to log back in, Premium was still locked. I tried deleting and downloading again, it didn’t work. I went to my apple receipts and saw the purchase and the subscription active, yet still locked. I’ve left comments on the message board for Fitbit and haven’t heard back yet. Really frustrated, at this point. I just want my money back now. I shouldn’t take ten days to unlock. Don’t buy, stick to the free version.

This has been one of my favorite yoga apps for a few years now but when Fitbit took over it seems that they stopped caring about their yoga users and focused on the original fitstar app- now FitBit coach. I had high hopes that when Fitbit took over they would merge the apps so that you wouldn’t need two subscriptions but I was wrong. They do some minor bug fixes here and there but it hasn’t changed since Tara Stiles first recorded the sessions. That’s fine, it’s still the best yoga app out there but image if it were integrated with the Fitbit coach app or improved upon to be even better?

I love the basic free videos and paid for premium. I have not been able to access the premium videos. I tried logging out and back in as well as removing the app and re-downloading it, no luck.

I bought premium but the premium sessions are still locked about a week after purchase. Im currently trying to find the support service that handles this claim but i seem to be going in circles. ? I want either a full refund or what I paid for.

I love the yoga sessions and all of the choices in Freestyle. However, the app does not always load/open. It can take several minutes or just close and need to be started again. It has taken longer than 10minutes to open some days which has led me to choose a different workout or program.

I wish the developer would continue to support this app. But several of the features no longer work - such as syncing with Apple Health - big no-no these days. I will give 5-stars again once the app gets sorely needed upgrades, because it really is quality. I may not renew my subscription this time around... Not that one person much matters, BUT my requests for support have gone unheeded. It is a very good yoga app, but without updates it’s no longer one I use very often...

I used to use this yoga app daily. I finally purchased premium and was charged the $39.99 for the year, yet still do not have access to it. UPDATE: I was able to contact support via email and they fixed the issue. I’m looking forward to being able to use this app again!

All of the videos are made up of the same cut up audio clips and are incredibly similar. The poses do not flow at all. The order of poses often doesn’t make any sense and the instructions can be quite vague forcing to look at the video and disrupt your practice. You’re basically listening to the same audio in each video but in a different order. Try the basic version. Don’t waste the money on premium.
