Used to work, now it doesn’t. I paid for membership so I’m going to get impatient soon. Don’t mean to sound ungrateful, the app has been great so far but some needs to look at this. I have the latest iOS update and app update. Help me out here.
Haven’t been able to open the past two days

I will start by saying positively that I enjoy using this app and I feel the workouts are effective and great for home. I was hoping to use the app yesterday and it isn’t working. I thought I’d try again today and still nothing. Is this a known issue? Just wondering when I can use it again cause I’ve been slacking this week. And normally I’d give five stars

I just recently paid for the coaching through the app. The app itself worked for maybe a week. Now, it won’t open and it says “failed to reach consent service, please try again later”. I’ve deleted the app from my phone twice now in hopes it would make it work, but still nothing. At this point, I’d like to just get my money back- such a waste.

After trying numerous times in numerous ways including resetting password and confirming my Email/pw was correct with Fitbit app. My login fails, I give up Adios!

The app fails to start. It gives an error message ‘ Failed to reach consent service ‘. I am a paid subscriber and I have not been able to use the app for two weeks now. I have tried re installing but nothing works. Kindly rectify this ASAP.

The app worked fine up until 6 days ago when there was an update. I reported the problem to support and still nothing, only an email that says they know and they’re working on it. Very disappointed.
Anyone else having this problem?

When I go into the app it displays “Failed to reach the consent service. Please try again later. *Retry*” And when I hit retry it displays the same message. I even tried redownloading the app and it failed to fix the problem.

Won’t start after last update 3 days ago. Need to do a better job at testing updates - and fixing them quickly when they don’t work. Come on Fitbit. You’re better than this!!!

THE WORST APP EVER. ALWAYS CRASHES. DOES NOT UPDATE. DOES NOT KEEP TRACK OF COMPLETED WORKOUTS. COMPLETE WASTE OF $40. THE FITBIT BRAND HAS JUST BECOME SOME TRASH. STICK TO WHAT YOU WHAT YOU KNOW.
