ADD WEIGHT LIFTING
Roughrider13131212

I would LOVE the app if they added weight lifting programs. That’s why I purchased it to be honest. Kinda disappointed

Only One Complaint

I really love this app. There are a nice variety of workouts that can be done and at different fitness levels. I like the cardio kickboxing and dance workouts. Also like the strengthening and toning workouts. Do most of these at home where I can screen mirror on tv. But it would be nice if app could be downloaded on Apple Watch. Especially for outdoor activities such as walking, running and outdoor stairs workout where I can track my time between intervals. I think it is worth the premium subscription. But please make it available for Apple Watch

Doesn’t sync with fitbit Versa
Nana-123

Works on iPhone, but will not send workouts to my Fitbit Versa. If you only want to use on iOS or laptop go ahead. If you want to use workouts on your Fitbit device look elsewhere.

Does not work
Two percent Melk

I bought a new Fitbit for the sole purpose of workouts on the device. First day and I’m unable to sign into the coach app. Looked it up and these issues have been happening since 2017 with still no fix.

Shouldn’t have to pay if you already bought a Fitbit
Maxandspanky

Didn’t realize that you had to get a monthly subscription to even use any of the workout....

Great start

Being new to the app makes it fun and interesting, Love the body weight workouts. I hope more content continues to be developed. Would be nice to be able to “toggle” off the movement tutorials, they make the workouts a bit choppy. Overall a very good experience.

It’s great, if you want to pay for premium.

I love this app, I thought it was amazing and I did a couple workouts and loved them. But I’m more disappointed at yet ANOTHER app who only offers the bare minimum, then locks 95% of the app that you have to pay “premium” for. Honestly probably just going to uninstall this app and just look up my own FREE workouts. Instead of being like the rest of the apps on the market why not try something new and offer a completely free app where people can try to be healthy and fit? No wonder our nation is a majority overweight. We can’t even download an app without it shoving a monthly or yearly fee down our throats.

Overall a good experience

As far as workout apps go, this one is pretty well set up. It is easy to search for workouts by category. I also like that it is easy to choose the music option that works best for you at any given time: the app’s background music, music stations through the app, or your own music. The trainers are good and it is nice that they give a video and audio demonstration of every exercise for a few seconds before you start. There are a few drawbacks though, including how few options you have if you are using the free version. If I planned to use this app consistently, I would have to buy the subscription to get any kind of variety in my workouts. Another thing that would be nice would be if the times listed for each workout were the total times including demonstrations instead of just the time spent doing exercises so that you have some idea of how long the workout will actually take you before you start. The app is easy to use, good visuals, and good workouts, though, so overall a good experience.

Almost Nothing’s Free

Since I had a FitBit for my online gym class anyway, I decided to try this app and see how it went. I really liked the variety of workouts and how it showed you how to do each type of exercise. It was motivating to have the video while you worked out. Although you had to pay for many of the workouts, I just did the free ones. It was also laggy at times and I had to start over at some points just because I accidentally clicked out of the app. I wish they had more free workouts, since we already purchased the FitBit for around $200. Fixing the bugs I mentioned earlier would also make it better. Overall, even though they had a variety of workouts, there are other apps out there that offer the same benefits, but for free.
