App won’t start – Fitbit Coach Review

The app fails to start. It gives an error message ‘ Failed to reach consent service ‘. I am a paid subscriber and I have not been able to use the app for two weeks now. I have tried re installing but nothing works. Kindly rectify this ASAP.
