Well, I think it used to work... – Fitbit Coach Review

I just recently paid for the coaching through the app. The app itself worked for maybe a week. Now, it won’t open and it says “failed to reach consent service, please try again later”. I’ve deleted the app from my phone twice now in hopes it would make it work, but still nothing. At this point, I’d like to just get my money back- such a waste.
