Falling short

App constantly blocking my devices. Multiple generic devices. Frequent reboots. Constant updates make little difference in performance or solve my issues. I was an early adopter and I’ve seen a steady decline in reliability.

What was once a free service that came with purchasing the Fingbox is no longer free. Now customers who own this box can’t use it without purchasing a monthly subscription rendering the Fingbox totally useless. Had I known this was going to happen I would’ve never purchased it.
Stuck in upgrade subscription limbo

I purchased yearly premium to access the premium features and I can’t see any of them. The app pretends I have not purchased, but when I try to restore purchase it fails. When I try to purchase again, it fails again telling me I am already subscribed. Restarted my device, deleted and reinstalled the app, and canceled and renewed the subscription. No improvement. Would love to demo the premium features but they just don’t purchase for me.
