IOS 11 update

I paid for the app “downloads” and it worked brilliantly for years. Then IOS 11 was released and the app no longer works. It was not on the list of apps no longer supported. The developer renamed app to “files” and did not honor my original app purchase.

When are you guys going to upgrade to iOS 11... Because when I open the app it shuts down as soon as I open it... I have a lot of my songs in the app that need... Can you please upgrade your app?!?

I have the older app for my phone and it keeps crashing on IOS 11, please can you update it so I can use it.

It keeps crashing after every website and its making me really regret paying $5. Please fix this ASAP !
Needs to be like the old downloads app

I bought this version of the app because my old app wouldn’t work on the new iOS but I’m disappointed that a lot of features have disappeared. If they support download of audio content it will be a 5 star app again
Won’t restore original app purchase.

I used the older version of the app for college materials and liked it so much that I bought the full version of it. The old app stopped working on iOS 11 and I luckily found the new version of the app, but the full version of the app did not transfer over to the new one. I guess I’ll buy the full version again to be able to download my class PowerPoints.. Three star rating for this and a few interface issues.
