Love it, but wish for one thing

I love this app and share it with my friends all the time. I do wish there was a way to easily upload new content as source books become available

This app includes a pop up requesting a rating with the options “Yes”, “Remind me later”, and “No thanks”. Not only does “No thanks” not make the notice go away forever, it also brings you to the App Store page anyway. So here we are. You got your rating and a review to go with it!

The best of its kind, but not perfect

jArmAhead

This app is pretty amazing. Once you go through the minor hassle of importing the compendium stuff, it is HUGELY useful. However, not offering a licensed upgrade and not promoting the open nature of importing means many may not discover the apps full potential. There are also a fair number of things that I feel should be automated that require the user to dive deep and find iffy solutions to. Spell casting in particular could be better supported especially classes that have spells given to them that pull from a separate pool than their learned/prepared class spells, and features that add abilities/attacks but that the user has to make an attack for manually, as well as trackers for them. Especially with DND Beyond I suspect this app will need to bolster up some of the more core elements rather than focusing on smaller quality of life updates in order to stay competitive should Beyond ever leave the web and hit the App Store.

This is the best character sheet app available

It has so many great features and lets you add everything you want.

Great but...

grumkata

It’s a wonderful app that makes character creation a lot easier and fun but my only complaint is that it does not have the artificer class but other then that it’s awesome.

TERRIBLE DOES NOT WORK

I want a Refund ! Total rip off ... i’ve made characters and I can’t load them because it says unable to parse file ! I looked up the “ troubleshooting “ , no Help from the developer , THIS APP 100% garbage . Thanks for STEALING MY MONEY.

Greatest app so far

ThievingSaint

This is the best dnd companion app I’ve seen so far. The downloads available on drop box are more than enough to get you started, and adding your own information is super easy. I haven’t experienced any bugs and I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to keep track of dnd characters on their phone.

The app is pretty good but it has some problems.

Darkebrosk

The app is missing a large amount of stuff even if you purchase premium. You can get more by downloading it off the internet, but it’s super annoying to do. Also hoping that in a new update they will add a way to delete creatures from characters.

Great App, would recommend to all players

Fight club 5E is a useful tool for D&D players as it’s essentially your character sheet but on your phone. It works perfectly and has little to no issues, but the issues that are present is large. FC5 does not update the app with new subclasses, weapons, magic items, etc from new supplements. You only have the base tools from the PHB. Everything else you must go out of your way to seek out, and with new UA and supplements that introduce spells and the such it means you must add the spells on your own, copy and pasting it. As for subclasses, I have not found a way to go on and add them so let’s say I like the Revived Rouge, I have to make a whole new class that applies for that character only and as I level up and get features I have to add them, but they won’t be present for other classes. If your like me and willing to put in the work then this is not a significant problem, but I know in my group people won’t use it because of such problems (and they are too hardheaded to accept change) another problem which is present is that for certain class features not working one such thing is the Monks Unarmed Damage the being changed from 1 to a die the app will not recognize this, And won’t recognize the monks unarmed strike as a finesse, which leads to a lot of hassle if you do not know all of the the numbers by heart. Other then those small issues the app is fantastic and something I would recommend to everyone who plays D&D 5E

This is one of my favorite apps, totally get it!

um, ok

I really love this app, I like that it is just a single payment for premium. I also really love that you can import things to your compendium and get all of the options for building your characters. This is an amazing app, thank you lions den!
