Great app

MrMidcal

I wish there were graphs that can be customized. This app only lets you see ytd

Not designed for portfolio management

Vulgar demos

This app is designed by designers for designers — not regular people who just want to manage their portfolio quickly. For example: You can’t actually see the name of a security in your portfolio. It’s cut off in portfolio position table. If you tap on it, a pop-up appears that STILL keeps the name cut off — despite the limitless screen real estate. To make matters worst, if you try to tap on half of the links for more information, it sends you to a web view of a broken link. The design principles of this app appear to be oriented toward (a) showing us a skyline and (b) showing us a “feed” that has lots of random/useless information even after customizing it, apparently as a platform for Fidelity to sell us their ancillary services. This all comes at the expense of functionality, such as actually being able to see securities you hold in your own portfolio. Four years ago, Fidelity’s outdated app looked bad but functioned well. Today, it is slow, bloated, and functions poorly. But hey, skyline background.

Hard to Read very difficult to see.

Cityplace

Enjoy the colorful backgrounds of cityscapes. Frankly, do not care. Like bing sight. Colorful cityscapes are NOT necessary. However, the thin lettering is very hard and difficult to see of one has low vision. Almost to the point if FIDELITY app could make the font even thinner are harder see??? Really? Contrast is not able to alter the font or make more accommodating for low vision. Accessibility on respective device is not able change on or make the necessary accommodation for the visually impaired. FIDELITY app is NOT accessible for the low vision. The fonts are too thin and little to know contrast. I have submitted this same comment in 2016, 2017 and now 2018. If one like myself is legally blind and : or visually impaired, this FIDELITY app is not meant or geared to be used for the low vision / legally blind and FIDELITY investments does not really give one care for low vision or comments made about the FIDELITY app in regards for those who can NOT see the FIDELITY app.

What was wrong with the old app

mp7708

The background pictures make it difficult to see the data. The old version was easier to use.

Perfect, for on-the-go

fywoodwerks

As functional as the website access on a laptop. Despite a smaller screen, everything is there. Using this app on a tablet would be optimal. But knowing a position can be managed while away from a terrestrial connection, this app is a must have!

Old app better

mliccar

New app is more difficult to navigate. Account screens are locked in and can’t seem to customize format.

I like it

Debbb7

I would like a finger print access to my account on my mobile devices. This thread is a great idea.

Credit card interface

The Batman 2235

Supposedly can manage the Rewards Visa on here but no interface to do so.

The Switch

UVEGGIES

Tried to set up an account with a site I rather not name but they claim $4.95.....so I set up an account and I couldn't link my external account, that was some BS....2 days later I can't login, I had no account!! So I said "F Dat" and I went to Fidelity and I was able to do everything in 15 minutes linked accounts and instant deposit . THE SWITCH, never play yourself!!!

Very nice mobile app

Jsrr1950
