Unmatched totals

The app was good until the latest version which requires the latest iOS. Total gains in the portfolio page do not match up with gains in the account page. I have an iPhone 6 and can’t use iOS 13. This needs to be fixed or explained.

I love being able to check on my account without waiting for my monthly statement.

Best financial company in the world.

Never a scandal in their history in the past.

Crashes Often

I’ve been using Fidelity a long time but the app crashes in several spots. Haven’t been able to check my positions on the mobile app for more than 2 years. Really needs to be fixed.

FaceID

Crash on open

Is FaceID supposed to work with this app?

I tried your managers account twice this year unhappy both times first time they bought at the top of the market when it was starting to crash have no concern about me they invested 50,000 in it immediately fell apart. Second time I had to get out early and one of the characters name Smith Jeff I believe got real smart with me Bournemouth told me they could do what they wanna do I have no say so with my money. I figured Fidelity‘s much better than this. So again I’m doing this on my own and doing well however I believe in light of the election I don’t trust what’s out there and I’m going to sell hey respond to this would be fine I doubt very seriously if anybody will respond

Useless when market’s open

When the market is closed, this is a beautiful app. When open, especially during the first couple hours of the trading day, it’s almost useless. The account positions view won’t scroll consistently either vertically or horizontally. Sorting by columns takes multiple taps, if it works at all. The app basically bogs down during the trading day, sending me to fidelity.com in order to make timely trades. It seems developers test it only when the market is closed. They should try it at 9:40am Eastern to experience true frustration.

Requires too many password changes.

Too difficult to log in now ?

Reducing to one star. Due to false advertising and lack of support response. - - - Still no Face ID or Touch ID support despite the feature being offered and available in Apple iOS Settings and marketing as a feature. Rather you need to tapped Passwords (on keyboard), enter your device password, scroll or type Fidelity to find it in you list of Internet Saved Passwords list, select it, press enter... this app takes longer to get into and less features than the internet version. Waste of time.
